Spokane Auto Repair

New to Spokane, so relied on positive reviews and called about tires for my truck. They were to be delivered from their warehouse around three, so went in early and waited. We had a miscommunication on the phone and after a considerable time waiting, I was told they had ordered the wrong size. They were extremely apologetic and promised they would have replacement tires in the morning. When I picked up my truck, I discovered they had given me a significant discount. While I waited the first day, I appreciated the way they treated their other customers and felt good about bringing my business here. I know I will give them my business in the future.

My husband and I stopped here after reading the raving reviews about Preedy's on the last leg of our cross-country road trip. We got a flat tire on our F-250 pick-up in the mountains of Idaho. We rolled into Peedy's hoping to either have our flat tire repaired or grab a new tire for the truck before driving our last 4 hours. We stopped elsewhere in town and it was going to be an hour and a half wait to get our tire replaced! When we showed up at Preedy's they took us in right away and helped us efficiently, kindly, and got a new tire on the truck within an hour! They were able to sell us a used tire that they had in the shop that perfectly fit out truck. It was affordable, quick, and we felt well taken care of! We definitely recommend stopping here for all your tire needs!

We got a flat tire on our way home to Seattle and Preedy's had the best price and helped us right away. We were back on the road in no time and the we're kind and courteous. Thanks guys!

I needed new all season tires so I gave them a call (one of many I called today), and they were so helpful and informative over the phone I knew I wanted to give them a shot. They gave me the all-in spend with taxes and everything, whereas everyone else I called gave really rough estimates that weren't including mounting and balancing, taxes, etc. I brought in my old tires on wheels and they got the new tires from their warehouse and unmounted my old ones, and remounted the news ones, and then swapped these new ones on in replacement for my winter tires all the same day. Typically I work during mechanic shop times, so I was pleased that on my single PTO day I was taking, they could get it done from initial quote to me driving off happy in just a few hours. Everybody I dealt with was optimistic and nice. They let me know of free rotation services, and I liked that their shop was really clean. Definitely recommend!!! Plus their website had a $20 off coupon which was nice too!

It is hard to be the service at Preedy's. Not only do they care about our cars - but we really feel like the care about our family's safety too. They always look for the best option for us and explain exactly what they are suggesting before any work is done. Our friends and family have learned to bring any potential new cars/trucks to this team before purchasing to get the look over before buying. This has saved us quite a bit over the years - and yes there was that one time I did not bring one in and boy that was an expensive mistake!

I came here after having a negative experience at a competitor's where they basically decided they didn't want my money and treated me poorly. Complete opposite situation at Preedy's- fast, great customer service, and a pleasant atmosphere. I won't go to anyplace else in Spokane after my great experience at Preedy's.

Made an appointment on Monday to get my oil changed and they got me in that morning at 10:30. Being from out of town I was very skeptical, but was treated very well, and the price was lower than those oil change places, who charge more for SUV's. The mechanic did an inspection of all my fluid levels, checked the wipers for working and found my rear wiper washer hose was crimped and fixed it without charge! If you want an honest place go see Mel and Jim, you won't regret it!

Just had tires installed on my Mercedes. The team at Preedy offered prices comparable to the Tire Rack with amazing service. I was in the shop for exactly the time estimated and the work was perfect. I will be taking all of my cars to Preedy in the future.
