We came in asking if they do courtesy checks on vehicles and the guy at the counter told us sure no problem. We had a long conversation about what was going on and how when we were at autozone and a tech switched our spark plug wires around so we just wanted to find out what was wrong with our car instead of playing the guessing game cause we are low income. So the guy said he would inspect our car then we call to see if they figured out the problem and they said we need to do a fuel pressure test that would be a $170 then he goes into it will be $100 for the inspection to come get our car out of hock! What? We asked if they did FREE checks and were told yes now we are being charged? Oh but he said he would give us a $20 coupon im so angry!!!!!! Dont tell a customer you will do a courtesy then charge them its bad business!!!!
