Customer service is excellent. They always greet you with a smile. I been their customer for well over 7 years for tire services as well as repair services. I have a 23 years old car and it’s still running because of them. One reason I keep going back is that they inform me every step of the way. They first diagnose the issue, then they go through all the repairs necessary. They list the repairs one by one in order of priority. Then they give an estimated of each repair and when I should have them done. The way I see it, their goal is NOT to make money, but to service their customers. The best thing too, is they are local to Spokane. I just bought a new 2023 car and was just there for snow tires. I trust that they will take care of my vehicles. In other words, I feel safe driving my car and that’s safety for me and my entire family.

We have done business with Preedy's for many years. It has always been a good experience. This was no exception. I got good information upon which to base my decision. Once I decided to buy the snow tires about 4pm, they were ordered, delivered, installed, and the car returned to me by 11am the next day. The tires removed were put in storage for next season.

They charge a fair price. It takes a little while to get an appointment because they are so popular. They give you options and recommendations so that you can make good decisions about driving safely while spending money wisely. I'm so grateful that a friend recommended them! All our vehicles are now taken care of by Preedy's!
