These guys opened in 1964 and seem to still be going strong. I don't think much has changed with the building since they opened. Don't let that fool you into thinking they aren't top quality though. Todd at the front counter was really helpful in getting me through a purchase of replacement tires for my Ridgeline. He was friendly and professional. They came in with a less expensive price than both Perception and Les Schwab and were able to get me in as soon as the tires arrived to the shop. Very good experience and would definitely use again.
