Moved to Spokane in September and began bringing my car here on a friend's recommendation. Always receive excellent customer service from Mel, with thorough explanations of what is wrong, options of what can be/needs to be done, and fair pricing. I appreciate not being treated like a "dumb girl" any time I am at an auto shop. Will be a customer as long as I'm in Spokane.

Preedy's has serviced our tire needs for 15 years. You won't find better customer service coupled fair pricing anywhere. Best in town.

Purchased some snow tires through tirerack.com and had these guys install them. Did a good job for a decent price with a reasonable wait time. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. One of those seemingly rare places where you feel like the business really cares about their customers.

They charged me $50.00 for one basic USED tire!!!! It just felt like they took advantage of my situation.
