We got a flat tire on our way home to Seattle and Preedy's had the best price and helped us right away. We were back on the road in no time and the we're kind and courteous. Thanks guys!

I needed new all season tires so I gave them a call (one of many I called today), and they were so helpful and informative over the phone I knew I wanted to give them a shot. They gave me the all-in spend with taxes and everything, whereas everyone else I called gave really rough estimates that weren't including mounting and balancing, taxes, etc. I brought in my old tires on wheels and they got the new tires from their warehouse and unmounted my old ones, and remounted the news ones, and then swapped these new ones on in replacement for my winter tires all the same day. Typically I work during mechanic shop times, so I was pleased that on my single PTO day I was taking, they could get it done from initial quote to me driving off happy in just a few hours. Everybody I dealt with was optimistic and nice. They let me know of free rotation services, and I liked that their shop was really clean. Definitely recommend!!! Plus their website had a $20 off coupon which was nice too!

It is hard to be the service at Preedy's. Not only do they care about our cars - but we really feel like the care about our family's safety too. They always look for the best option for us and explain exactly what they are suggesting before any work is done. Our friends and family have learned to bring any potential new cars/trucks to this team before purchasing to get the look over before buying. This has saved us quite a bit over the years - and yes there was that one time I did not bring one in and boy that was an expensive mistake!

I came here after having a negative experience at a competitor's where they basically decided they didn't want my money and treated me poorly. Complete opposite situation at Preedy's- fast, great customer service, and a pleasant atmosphere. I won't go to anyplace else in Spokane after my great experience at Preedy's.

Made an appointment on Monday to get my oil changed and they got me in that morning at 10:30. Being from out of town I was very skeptical, but was treated very well, and the price was lower than those oil change places, who charge more for SUV's. The mechanic did an inspection of all my fluid levels, checked the wipers for working and found my rear wiper washer hose was crimped and fixed it without charge! If you want an honest place go see Mel and Jim, you won't regret it!

Just had tires installed on my Mercedes. The team at Preedy offered prices comparable to the Tire Rack with amazing service. I was in the shop for exactly the time estimated and the work was perfect. I will be taking all of my cars to Preedy in the future.

I have been a customer at Preedy's for decades. Very good work at a fair price; never a problem. Tires, clutches, brake work - no better place!

I bought my tires for years at Preedy's and was always happy with their products and service. Then I discovered that they also do service. Since then they've taken great care of my old Volvo—they do a great job of running down parts which isn't always easy for my make and model. They're always pleasant, helpful, and even give me a ride to and from work when I need it. I've recommended them to several friends and as far as I know, everyone who has tried them is happy.

In this world you need a few things:a plumber, a doctor, a banker and reliable auto repair. Without sounding too gushy, Preedy has: 1. Aligned our all wheel drive Sienna when nobody else could 2. Picked up a tire from our side yard, repaired it, returned it and sent the bill 3. Fixed a broken slider door for free when the dealer would have gouged us 4. Stored our winter/summer tires for such a low cost i could not justify doing it myself 5. taken care of most of the docs that i know 6. gotten the cursed run flats for our Sienna 2 days faster an $200 cheaper than the dealer 7. custom machined a wheel for the sienna for like, $25 since it is an odd size costco might be cheaper, but safe car repair and tires are worth a little more, and you actually get service.
